She formulated the ADVANTAGE Oral Spray and designed the weight loss protocol based on work of Dr. Albert T. Simeons who promoted the HCG diet over 60 years ago. Since that time the HCG diet has been proven FRAUDULENT. In 2010 Ms. Chaney had marketing help From EMILE BOUARI and advertising man STEVEN FITCH who produced this video and other promotional videos and designed a sales and marketing plan for the original weight loss program they called "A NEW ME", this was later changed to BOUARI CLINICS. Listen to her rambling unsubstantiated voodoo science regarding the "A New Me" program. In 2016 The entire weight loss program that Emile Bouari and Carol Ann Chaney designed was exposed as a TOTAL FRAUD. Bouari and Chaney both admitted that the Bouari Clinic weight loss plan only existed to SELL FRANCHISES. They lost a $6.7 million Fraud Case by default in 2016 because they would NOT defend themselves as they knew it was B.S. This location and others have become the SOZA clinic. Sometime around 2013 when the SOZA Clinic trademark was established on March 8th 2013 with the United States Patent and Trademark office. The SOZA CLINICS dropped the BOUARI PRODUCT LINE and relabeld with the SOZA name. They continue today in 2020 , Dr. Wehbe has no connection with SOZA or Bouari since 2014 but the SOZA clinics still use his name and video presentations giving the impression he started it all. But in reality it all started as a BOUARI CLINIC. I am NOT sure if Dr. Wehbe finds this acceptable or not. I have tried to contact him but I have not received a reply as of todays date 1/24/2020

The FDA and the Better Business Bureau started to notice this several years ago. Healthy Systems USA quickly CHANGED their label and made statements like, "OUR PRODUCT MIMICS HCG without containing HCG" but kept selling the same weight loss protocol and simply repackaged the products. Nothing really changed.

The product has numerous claims such as the ability to affect organs and hormonal balance plus it also MIMICS THE POSITIVE EFFECTS OF HCG. None of these claims can be substantiated by any verifiable clinical trials or other methods. This is why the Better Business Bureau has questioned Healthy Systems USA unsubstantiated product and advertising claims.
