WE ARE CURIOUS WHY DOES HSUSA NOT MENTION EMILE BOUARI IN 2021? THEY WERE PROUD TO MENTION HIS NAME WHEN THIS ARTICLE WAS WRITTEN SEVERAL YEARS AGO IN A FARGO NEWSPAPER. THEY ALSO CLAIM THEIR PRODUCT HAD HCG AT THAT TIME or at least say it MIMICS HCG. Either way you say it, there are over 60 clinical trials that verify HCG in ANY form has NO EFFECT on weight loss. It is proven FRAUDULENT!
THIS TESTIMONIAL BY STEVEN FITCH WAS POSTED ON THE NOW EXPIRED WLC GLOBAL.com website. It is interesting to note WLC GLOBAL did not even exist until late 2013. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE for Steven Fitch to make this claim. ORGANIC growth must also mean, Thousands of dollars in TV ADS.

This screen shot shows that Bouari Clinics were previously named A NEW ME, see the URL of the page. A NEW ME was involved in the $6.7 million dollar Judgment and found to be a fraudulent weight loss business identical to Bouari Clinics.

This statement that the ADVANTAGE program is FDA registered is deceptive. Mentioning REGISTERED gives the impression that the FDA has reviewed and accepted the claims of the BOUARI CLINIC. The FDA has NEVER even Seen these products. Healthy Systems USA makes the same claims in 2021

FDA registration does NOT mean FDA approved. It only means the company has provided their contact information and that they are selling the product. There is Absolutely NO FDA involvement in this product. Basically a FRAUDULENT and unsubstantiated statement.
The advance spray was called ADVANTAGE, name changed to HEALTHY START. All the same.
Same exact ingredients, Same exact weight loss protocol, IDENTICAL TO BOUARI. All references to BOUARI HAVE BEEN REMOVED due to the issues with Bouari Clinic Franchise owners claiming FRAUD starting in 2013

NOTICE how Darren Fitch blames the Customer for their weight loss failure. It is Mr. Fitch that is misrepresenting the facts here. The BBB actually asked Healthy Systems to SUBSTANTIATE their advertising claims, they could not provide ANY evidence, HENCE THE very poor business rating of F. In fact there are NO clinical trials, independant studies or other research that verifies ANY of Healthy Systems Claims.

Formerly called ADVANTAGE ORAL SPRAY earlier in 2013. The product received a NEW name and label. The ingredients were 100% IDENTICAL. These product is NOW being sold from the HSUSAdistribution.com website as a WHOLESALE product. in 2021 (the HSUSA distribution site has been deleted)
Here is the tie in with BOUARI & A NEW ME. The A NEW ME URL,
Bouari made claims of TENS of thousands of patients since 2007. This was proven to be NOT TRUE.

Verification that HSUSA was selling the BOUARI CLINICS product ADVANTAGE SPRAY. The product has been called ADVANCE and another name change in 2017 to HEALTHY START, A HSUSA private label. Same product, new name.
Healthy Systems is claiming the ADVANTAGE ORAL SPRAY IS A FDA "DRUG PRODUCT." This claim has been removed from their 2021 website

EMILE Bouari is the creator of the WLC websites/ and other versions. see the WHOISOLOGY report. weightloss company.org.
This is were it is stated that a PHD Nutritionist created the oral spray. ANN CHANEY was the PHD referenced here. The Jan. 2016 Judgment against ANEWME & Bouari Clinics verified that ANN CHANEY was NOT a PHD nutritionist after all. This reference has been removed from the Healthy Systems USA website.
Here is a screen shot showing EMILE BOUARI created the WLC Global web site early in 2013. The date is 3-6-2013. This was around the time the Bouari Franchise Fraud Lawsuit was filed and eventually in Jan. 2016 verfied to be 100% fraudulent.. An interesting point is WLC GLOBAL had the same business address as Las Vegas Address for Healthy Systems USA.

Mr. Fitch helped do the marketing and advertising for A New Me weight loss clinic. Later Mr. Fitch opened his own clinic calling it SPRAY YOUR FAT AWAY. This company used the identical products, customer testimonials and weight loss protocol created by Carol Ann Chaney
